I have a private fully equipped gym and a private outdoor area.
If you're looking to lose weight, build muscle and tone I can help with that. By Using a selection of bands, Steps and weights I can help achieve them goals, this may be to lose weight or build up the areas you desire and help you get the results you want. I will support you as best i can and help you smash them goal's as well as classes and tailored workouts you will have access to recipe packs, Workout plans and access to online home workouts to help you along your fitness journey.

I met Amanda about 2 years ago when I was disillusioned with exercise. She became my gym buddy to encourage me to get back into working out, nothing was too much trouble and it was a success.
